Cancellation Policy

If in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your session on short notice, you will be required to give us no less than 48 hours notice or your deposit will be forfeited; this does not include Acts of God or COVID-19. However, if you've booked our services well in advance for a larger job (i.e. wedding), we require no less than 30 days notice of cancellation or the need to reschedule, or your deposit will be forfeited. All cancellations or rescheduling requests within the specified notice times will result in the initial deposit carrying over to the new date or any future sessions with J Sewell Photography and will remain valid for 365 days (one year). Please know that we will always ensure to make every effort possible to reschedule you for your needed/requested date.
